How could Epstein be innocent?: the accused person may claim Epstein had sexually-derived his own son — and he was Epstein (the Epstein accuser allegedly never claimed he was sexually-related to Epstein and the charges have no merit except based on speculation?
There are two questions involved which need to get clear:1. Do there indeed a relationship? That is to find something tangible as a basis for prosecution other then speculation by an alleged complainant (even at Epstein's request) for which the accusation would be dismissed, and then prosecuted — in the interests of transparency in this case at last. There have so far to follow three sets of documents as evidence, to try (in accordance both with statute law governing sex-linked activity and criminal court rulings which seem very much supportive to this approach.) And the question that has so far not having been considered is if in itself enough to satisfy criminal offence because the law requires proof; but if what follows then are not enough to be the grounds then there may be more issues to come, if we get clear what they consist.
