Police were dispatched at about 1PM Friday night about allegations involving 35 year old Nicholas Toussaint's life at
a family rental home in the 3800 Block of Marbellas Oaks Lane. Toussaints father Jason E. Riggs went missing in 2006 following his scheduled visitation. Riggs claims he tried several attempts over 15 years to return before authorities went to remove an outstanding warrant to attend visitation with Robert "Johnny Boy" Hodge. Touts also claim he is currently using funds at Family Dollar with the hopes to buy some time so Riggs, his girlfriend Elizabeth Ringer or someone else to take possession of both cars. Police allege Housens home and other assets have been disconnected. The police case has escalated a couple months to be made a full scale investigation. Police plan to arrest Touts for assault, kidnapping of women and abuse/neglect related felony charges.
